I never thought I would say this, but I really want to hear these remixes ;P

Fantastic release. I hope it does well.

Of course you do, Brian. Try listening to the original Elvis recordings for a change instead of this computerised crap. Elvis is dead, you know. He's not a chart star for the 2000s. He's bigger than that, and bargain-basement crap like this is just an embarrassment - made even more so when so-called 'fans' think it's great. Grow up, will you? There's no soul to any of this bollocks.

Heard one of this. If this is the future of the ELVIS legacy, than count me out. It is terrrible. Don't think we will reach a new fan-base with it.

ALLC was in the first place not meant for release at all. But it gives Elvis a world #1 hit. But now wants everybody do the same. It's all for the money (not for the show) But it's a shame when they gonna promote this piece of CRAP on a meeting.

OK!. I will never understand the people who put half decent Elvis remixes down !. You are probably the same people who promote some fat bloke with a boiler suit on trying to slur his way thru Hound Dog! The Spankox remix of Baby Lets Play House is actually pretty good and most certainly not dissrespectful of Elvis" talent such as those terrible "Imps" ALWAYS are. Remixing Elvis is the way forward. We have all the known originals of Elvis songs. What the hell is wrong with mixing them a little using modern techniques ???????? No matter how much theyr remixed WE STILL HAVE THE ORIGINALS TOO! I bet Elvis woulda been all for it ! The reason why some people want Elvis released on the singles scene is to give him a chance to be heard on radio and other public places. He never is ! Remixes are just another facid to The Elvis Legacy without redicule. Impersonators redicule the talent of Elvis... Remixes bring him into the modern arena !!

Remixers, impersonators...they're all the same to me: fantasists trying to create something that isn't there. Shallow and about as meaningful as 'Harum Scarum'. Continue kidding yourself, Rob Ireland (are you related to Jill Ireland?) - you'll eventually come to see that it's all bollocks.

I understand the feeling on both sides here. I'm like 50-50 on this. One thing I will agree on. Elvis is never and I mean never heard on the radio anymore. Occasionally our oldies station (which is now palying 60's-80's only) will spin Burning Love & Suspicious Minds. They even throw in ALLC from time to time but thats it. I dont think this Spankox product is the way to go though. The reason ALLC worked so well was because it was a song few knew. Heck they even used an alternate version for the remix. So therein may lie the answer. Pick a little known but great song, remix it making it sound completely new, & you may have another hit. We dont have to buy it but maybe the Ipod generation will pick up on it.

First of all Harvey, no need to take such an agressive attitude mate and Bad Language isnt tolerated on this site. Now to get back to the point. For you to say that remixers and impersonaters are the same just shows your lack of knowledge of the subject and also of the effect each has had on the image and popularity of Elvis. I'll educate you now...... Elvis remixed has brought a new audience to Elvis and much more respect and air play. Impersonaters have brought nothing but redicule ! I make remixes and have listened to elvis since i was 11 yrs of age so I dont think i would do anything that disrespects Elvis" talent or image. Take your time to watch some of my vids" on U Tube then if you still dont like remixes well then mate theyr just not for you ! ......... search under RobIreland
