Sonny West is asking for prayers as he begins chemotherapy. Because this is very personal for him and his family, he doesn’t want to go into details about prognosis, etc. He has a great attitude, and has a lot of faith and remains confident.

First heart surgery and now chemotherapy. This must be heartbreaking for his family and I am sure that Elvis would have supported him if still alive. May Sonny find strength and courage in this difficult time. I will pray for him.

Despite Elvis being on record as saying Sonny West was the one person he paid to stay away from him, I tend to agree that Elvis probably would have also paid for his treatment...
