Love it? No, but I'm glad to have it (especially after I get my replacement disc for CD 2). Bring on PROMISED LAND
I love every FTD release!!! And Fool was my first RCA Elvis album (cassette format) back in october 1977. 33 years ago, so yes, I love this release!!! Fantastic sound, fantastic concept, great outtakes. Many thanks Mr.Jorgensen.
No. Never did, never will. Bad LP. album, CD. You cant make a good FTD out of bad songs.

I would like to add my comment as well, which is "NO COMMENT"! I just voted and gave my opinion and that's it. Statistics will speak for themselves so any other comment would be superfluous! Arguing between ourselves does no one good. Remember that this was one of the reasons our dear staff of ElvisNews were considering calling it quits, God forbid.
EJF - that is true, but a person should be able to state an opinion without an argument ensuing. If someone says they dont like some songs on an album, you should not get a response back like 'these are bad songs? , how can you say that'? This is not right, each person should be able to state an opinion without a response that would provoke, but on this site most fans like everything Elvis did so it is very hard to state an unfavorable opinion. Just look at the results poll for this album! As for this particular album, the 'normal' public largely rejected it and rightfully so.
I'd give the album a C+. I'd never buy an extended version of this. Too many medicore songs.
