What purpose do these seemingly random compilations serve? When there are tracks in the vaults begging to be remixed to present to a new audiance.

That's the EXACT SAME tracklist from the 1998 CAMDEN release "Love Songs"!

Now let's wait for Anton's rambling about how it should be done :-)

Yes Lex, here it is: yeahhwwwnnn; Jimmy, theCat,Jerome and 449 thousands more fans feel the same, no doubt. Have a bright new idea (stolen from Paul McC) why doesn't BMG-DK sells the rights for a great new CD in all 200 thousand starbuck's cafés with EP singing great tunes like Ito Eats, Shake tambaourine, McDonalds changed into Starbucks, Violet, HeyJude a.o.?? Obviously, total nonsense and goes to show what we have been claiming all along so far. what the french call abrutis (look up in dictionary boys). Too bad Lex, really. Do believe it is time for BMG-Holland to step in here and do a professional job with innovative EP materials for die hard 450 thousand fans who are serious "buyers of good quality product"...not junk or cr*p

Im guessing that there no Box set this year,No 30th anniversary or On tour? So now ftd has become kinda like a collectors label and main label all in one? As for this ummm release, what can you say but zzzzzzzzzzzz

Bizzare. A child must be running things these days.

This gets my vote as the strangest compilation ever put together. "Hit Collection" is not the word I would use for it...I'm sure it's possible to put together a compilation of unfamiliar songs (to the public that is), but only eight of these songs were hits. This has got to be confusing to the general pulbic. Suppose this is the first Elvis cd they pick up...
