This region 1 DVD is remastered in a new 16x9 digital transfer, in a format preserving the scope aspect ratio of the original theatrical exhibition, enhanced for widescreen TVs. The DVD also includes an Elvis Presley trailer gallery.
The storyline:
The 1962 Seattle World's Fair with its showpiece Space Needle and monorail provide the setting for this rollicking adventure from 1963. When pilot-for-hire Mike (Presley) gets grounded by his co-pilot's (Gary Lockwood) gambling debts, the pair decides to hitch to Seattle where Mike finds love, Danny finds easy marks, and both find big problems to solve. Elvis has ten songs in this movie including Happy Ending, Relax and the gold record One Broken Heart for Sale. A young Kurt Russell plays the child who wallops Mike in the shins.

This is a dream come true for me. Have been waiting for its DVD release for years. Now at last I can add this to complete my Elvis Collection. This is a VERY EXCELLENT movie. Elvis sings well and fights good. He has that King Creole hairstyle too. Can't wait for this one. It is a Classic.
