Where was this released? Overseas obviously; not here in the states that's for sure. Strange release. "I Want You With Me" was a rather bland song or put it bluntly, boring and "Give Me The right", while a good blues tune, is still album fodder no matter how you cut it.

Is it even a legit RCA release?

Absolutely love the song I Want you With Me, especially the guitar work, a lilac colored single sounds divine but I just don't buy anything on vinyl that I can get on a cd anymore. I can't afford state of the art equipment to play it on that would make it sound right and can't justify spending money on something I wouldn't be listening to. I have to hand it to them for the picure sleeve, that's awesome!

In my opinion I Want You With Me is far from bland and one of the highlights of the original album. I think the wrong take was issued as the master for Give Me The Right and it should have been take 2 where Millie is given more time to air her tonsils. I suppose it was realised that this release will only appeal to a narrow niche market hence 500 copies

WOW! "I Want You With Me" is bland??? Everyone has the right to their opinion, but if you like rocking Elvis, this song should appeal to you. It is a fantastic rocker from the "Something For Everybody" LP. I would love to have this 45 for my jukebox .

No, it's certainly not a legit RCA release! It never came out, and as the Gold Standard Series only came out in the US it certainly never came out overseas either! But it's a fun concept with a really nice sleeve, & the two songs are far from bland or album fodder!
