Does anyone knows if this release is considered as a single disc or a 2 CD set for RIAA standards/certification ?

If it has a running time of 100 minutes or more it is considered a double CD by the RIAA.

Pretty impressive opening week. I love all the overload of Elvis, but now they have to be careful when picking and choosing, if they want to reach the new fans. Which afterall, is the only way to make sure his legacy goes on in the long term....That is our (the core fans) intentions.

Agree with you Casey...RCA/BMG/Sony desperately needs to remix with modern music accompaniement band sounds all of E's music from '67 on if they want to reach new people. The reason I picked that date is that all of Elvis' vocal tracks since 1967 were recorded seperately from the musical backgrounds whether orchestral, backup singers or band. What a wealth of material that could sound so much better --- it would be like Elvis were recording all of those songs afresh!
