Besides the numerous variable CD releases of the 'Viva Elvis', a vinyl release is also available from now on. The standard tracklist of 12 songs are mastered on this 180gr heavy vinyl release. This is the European pressing, a USA pressing will be available early December - with the same tracklisting.

Well, if sony want this to be as big as Beatles, Love, then this is what they must do. Do as Paul mcCarthney does, throw a huge party and invite all the press and critics, (you know what critics are, talentless fools with lots of influence) Paul lays on caviar, loads of free expensive booze and anything else that a critic may like to indulge in. Then he gives them the best seats in the house and lo and behold we hear glittering reports about him the next day in the media. Col. Parker charged the critics top dollar to attend Elvis shows and guess what Elvis rarely got a good review. Well there were exceptions!!!

I totally agree with Tony C. The vinyl era is officially over, but I do feel that a "real" record still rules. I'd buy it if I had my turntable left. Or maybe just to feel the vinyl again...
