Another useless release. I don't even have a turntable. No,thanks.

What an incredible looking item, FTD do put a lot of effort into these vinyl releases.

It looks good, but that's all, nothing else. There's nothing new on it. $60 for this is a little bit overpriced, don't you think?

Nice item, but how much more money do they want to squeeze out of fans? At least make it affordable so vinyl collectors may be inclined to buy it.

I agree with you Tony C, this is a nice looking item. Just imagine if RCA had released an album like that in 1964? Yes I know there's nothing new here, and it will probably be expensive, but what can I say? It will be a nice addition to the Blue Hawaii and SRO vinyls I already have. TCB!

These vinyl releases really look and but also are expensive. They sure are tempting and although there is nothing new here this will become part of my collection...

Hahahah, SnOwMan: you're complaining about not having a turntable... Yes, this is definetely right place for such confession. HangLoose: would like to hear about a newly discovered material (like I'm a Roustabout)? And then complain about the price, I guess? For me, it's great idea to try to rewrite some history: although LP of VLV never was, FTD is trying to show us their vision of what could have been, if such package was released. I'm sure it'll be a top release!

I won't buy it. From the so called collectors label i expect something NEW and not expensive re-releases.

20 years ago I would have been interested in this. But now? No.

It looks real great. But i stopped buying vinyl back in the 80's. A few ago years i sold my whole collection (no i never missed them since). So i won't buy this. For those who will buy it, they must have their personal reasons to buy it and that's oké. FTD is a great label let's not forget that. And as long as they release new stuff on the cd format i'm happy. Again the disign looks stunning and a huge lp format cover is nicer to look at than a small cd inlay. Besides Elvis i buy a lot of other music, a man's got to know his limitations.

ronald's : nice and good posting, with respect for other's opinions . Personally I kept all my vinyls and I'm glad I did . I grew up with 78s !!!( those are made of shellack, not vinyl), 45s, 33s, cassettes, 8-tracks and in the 80s the CD. Kept all my equipment, amplifiers, turntables (4)( with 2 of them able to play my 78s, with appropriate cells and saphire needles ), loudspeakers, taperecorder, etc... I love it all ! Call it nostalgia or jouth-sentiment, but I enjoy it ! Bought modern equipment too of course. Just like you I bought and buy a lot of music from other artists, mainly 50s, 60s and (less) 70,s except of Our Man of course. Always El.
