Looks like Elvis has a very long arm on the second!

lol, yeah it looks like it. I guess it's an optical illusion due to the black and white style of the jumpsuit. As a matter of fact, I don't think I'd ever seen that jumpsuit before.

This is actually a two piece suit. Nt known if he ever wore it again but there have been. Pictures of it fo years
Ciscoking wrote on October 30, 2012
It was his private clothing as fa as I know..it got known as Penguine Suit.

Forgot..the MS on August 19, 1975 was never incomplete. When it was released first on Fast Movin we had the entire show. On a later release (Cancelled-The Request Box Shows) it was shortened due to space problems. ..that`s all.
Jerome wrote on October 30, 2012
Wasn't this also called the Yin Yang suit?..

This label is getting lower with every release. I can't see the sense behind these releases. The only new show seems to be Disc 1 of the "Glitter" release. Disc 2 of this set looks like a copy of the "Whole Lotta Shakin' In Vegas" CD and the 1975 show is also available. There are so many unreleased CD-Rs flying around. Why bothering us with more re-releases. I don't see anymore sense in buying this label's releases. And when "Night On The Town" and "Amore Elvis" came out at the same time a few weeks ago it showed how poor Touchdown's sources are.

Here is another boring comment of Jerome...

Indeed, Marco. Just let it be. Waste of time. Thanks CiscoKing for the background intel.

The suit is also known as the ‘Flying suit’ because Elvis wore many suits similar to that one (in different colors) when he was travelling. There are many pictures of him boarding a plane with this type of suit. Legend has it that he was late for this show and didn’t have time to switch to a stage jumpsuit. That’s why he only wore it on stage once for that particular show. TCB

Yes, yes yes! ANOTHER good sounding audience recording by Touchdown!! O jee can't wait to hear them!! What on earth do we need these for? STOP making these cds!

Can someone tell me how the sound quality is ? There are so many bad quality boots around...so I hesitate to buy. Meanwhile, when can we p l e a s e have the song track list of all the outtakes of Back in Memphis FTD coming in December 2012 ? I wonder...but need to know soonest possible. Please ! These two Touchdown CDs do interest me a lot. Question: can someone explain to me why FTD has not yet released more of those R'n'R medleys including Shake rattle & roll ??
marco31768 wrote on October 31, 2012
To "blackdiamond". Do you like SONY releases? Do you like same songs in your collection? I love UNRELEASED stuff about Elvis and Touchstone is not a bad label 'cause the sound is good for these recordings. Anyway, it's easy: just skip them... I'll skip SONY great sound releases, instead...
Jerome wrote on November 05, 2012
Are you the producer of this Touchdown label Marco?.. Or is this your jihad against Sony?..
marco31768 wrote on November 05, 2012
No, my dear Jerome: I am only an Elvis' fan that wants hear UNRELEASED Elvis stuffs. And you... Are you a joker or a man?
