On August 15, 2009 Elvis was awarded another 12 Gold and Multi Platinum awards. Nearly all the awards were for either the "'68 Comeback Special" and "Aloha Special" DVDs and the "ELV1S 30 #1 Hits" compilation. There was one award for the "Elvis By the Presleys" DVD.
Jack Soden, CEO for Elvis Presley Enterprises accepted the awards on behalf of Elvis and thanked the fans for their ever lasting support and he mentioned in particular Belgium and Holland. The new trophies will soon find their way to the Racquetball Building.
