Here is volume 7 in the "An Alternate Anthology" series. Volume 7 contains 26 tracks including alternate recordings from the 50's, 60's and 70's. "As always this compilation contains some hard to find tracks and of course we offer a nice compilation for listening pleasure" according to the information available.

Your kidding me right? speaking of This is Elvis soundtrack,be great to have that on the main label,but i understand that it might have a purpose and we dont wont anything getting in the way of those great compilations!

This label continues not to give more or proper info regarding the tracks. Alternate mix - could it be computerized/fake?. Live version - what year, what concert?

These type of so called releases,are what i use to think the import market were all about,rehashed material taken from here and there and completely pointless!

Great formula. Just give every song an 'alternate mix' and you're done. Can't wait for Tiger Man 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25..

Great CD, great cover, great tracklist, great alternate mixes, every fan must be satisfied with such CD and must kiss it 3 times every evening and pray to the producers. Can't wait for another 7 Volumes, bring'em asap!

Yes, this is easy money for them indeed. No investment, no new material, just copy and paste, and you will have a new import. Glad to see there are still good labels out there such as Madison, Audiosonic, Southern Comfort that will will bring "real" material.

Please boycott so these type of releases can fade away never to be seen again. Why would anyone buy this?

Why would anyone buy these releases??? Well, how about someone who has had not the money to but ALL interesting cds for the last couple of 20 years?? These kind of releases are perfect to have a bunch of great outtakes õr rarities on 1 cd, instead of having 200 or so bootleg or import cds in his collection. Stop beeing selfish, if you don´t like it, don´t buy it. So... keep ´em coming!

I'll answer Steve V's question as to who will buy these. Guy's like Shakingruud. I agree this is a BIG STINKER of a release but there must be a market for this rehash & there must be a lot of Shakingruud's buying this stuff. No disrespect Shakingruud it's your right to buy this if you want. I could not imagine listing to this one time let alone multiple times. These bootleggers would put out Cd's such as Queenie Waheenie's Papaya the complte alternative take's with a nice looking cover if they thought that would sell. I know where Steve V is coming from. He's a big fan who would like to see the King's legacy not be tarnished by these unworthy releases. But be assured Steve V. only a small group of diehards will buy this. The majority will never hear it .The stuff that really ruins his legacy is THE CAMDEN'S & the other unworthy releases that can be readily be bought by the general public. Oh by the way I loved the ending of The Sopranos.

Whos being selfish? i dont understand that responce at all,its not about quanity its about quality,if it was something worth having,id be glad for younger fans to be able to get things that they may not been able to get the first go around but these releases are full of nothing!
