A long way behind it at #2 globally was The Colonel: The Extraordinary Story of Colonel Tom Parker and Elvis Presley by Alanna Nash.

In Britain the other best selling Elvis books in November were:

I would like to add a book on that list by Sandi Pichon called Raised On Elvis, Elvis, Elvis. It's FANTASTIC. A must read for all fans who were never able to attend any of Elvis' concerts.
