The true Dutch Elvis fan can enjoy the musical life story on a new radio show called ‘The Memphis Flash’ starting on Sunday September 7. In this radio program you can listen to all the studio recordings in chronological order that Elvis made – starting with ‘My Happiness’. Very often they will pick the alternate take to show the musical feeling Elvis had!
For Two years a similar radio program was successfully broadcasted on a radio station in Uithoorn but now it will come back on a larger scale. Not only the broadcasting area is bigger now but there are expectations that there will be more Dutch Elvis prominent on the show then before. Besides this ‘The Memphis Flash’ brings you the current Elvis news on a weekly basis!
‘The Memphis Flash’ every Sunday from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. on Amstelveen Lokaal. To receive in wide surroundings of Amstelveen op the 107.2 FM and cable 102.8 FM. It is not sure yet but they are still talking about bringing the show to the internet.
