The Man And His Music #69

September 05, 2005 | Other
This milestone issue of this outstanding magazine arrived at our headquarters. A very interesting read is the interview with the writers of the '68 special, Allan Blye and Chris Beard, as is the article about Opening Night '69. A very down to earth review of the TV movie 'Elvis' makes us not want to see it (also because we know Trevor Cajiao and our opinion match pretty often) and of course there are the regulars. All together another fine issue of the only Elvis-magazine that takes more than an hour to read it.

Only the front and back covers are in color. If the whole magazine are in full color, then it'll surely beat the Elvis Unlimited color magazine.

Now that I have my copy and I've read most of it I can back up my comment from a couple of days ago that this is the best Elvis publication ever. The article about the 68 Special was excellant as well as the article about Good Luck Charm. For anyone who has not subscribed to this publication before, this would be a good issue to start with.
