I like most of the JAT books and I thoroughly enjoyed the book on the movie "Tickle Me". That said, the cost of the books is a big deterrent to purchasing them. I bought my TM book on an auction site; but I don't think I would have ever purchased if I had not found it for over half-off the original price tag.

I think most of us know the answers to the questions put below, but I will have a go at answering them. Firstly, JAT's "Speedway" book will not come with a CD containing the missing out-takes from the film because they are just that, missing. Sony and MGM appear to not know where they can be found, if they still exist, but perhaps somebody out there can point them in the right direction. Secondly, the future FTD Classic Albums CDs will not be issued with a hardback book. When you mention the book+CD package for "King Creole" you ignore the fact that it is not one of the Classic Album series. It possibly will never gain a Classic Album release as the out-takes are again missing, presumed destroyed. They cannot release what they do not have. As for there being no information forthcoming about the Classic Album series, FTD have announced that the next release will be the "Fool" album in September. This will be in the usual 7" tri-fold sleeve format, without a hardback book! As we are rapidly running out of albums that can be released in the Classic Album series because of missing session tapes, I would expect that the few from the seventies mentioned will be with us in the near future.
