On WWE we read that the follow up to the #1 album, titled "Elvis: Second To None" which is set for release on October 7, 2003, will contain the second unreleased version of "Roustabout" written by written by Otis Blackwell and Winfield Scott. According to WWE this information is 1000% correct and accurate.
