Yes Gorse and there will be 60 seconds of newly found concert action from this performance - stop dreaming and wake up Gorse.

I'm drowning in books about our man, sooner or later I'll have to stop buying 'em.Wondering though what this book will bring picture-wise ( colour ???) . Another Elvis site says the audio CD of the concert will be included, but that's no big deal , we already have that (Elvis Aaron Presley box set, MRS Such A Night In Pearl Harbor..... ). Always El.

I didn't get why the word "bloch" with "h". Does anyone have any idea?

The venue was the Bloch Arena.

I think this concert speaks volumes because it gave us a glimpse into what could have been if Elvis were not trapped in those awful movie contracts. That being said, Benny points out that we already have the show (in probably the best it is ever going to sound) so there will be nothing new. Sadly, the sound quality at it's best is not so good. I have had the MRS edition as well as the Silver Box, and believe it or not, the Silver Box sound is the most tolerable. Anyway, Happy New Year to all Elvis fans around the world.

Unless they found a new source for the concert, I think it will be pretty much the same as we know. Its about as cleaned up as its gonna get.. That's the only thing that would make me buy it, a brand new source. I am sure the book is nice & lovely, but I'm not into picture books anymore, especially at their prices. The ones I have are gathering dust as it is.

As more and more bootleggers combine their releases with small books I think FTD feels like it has to follow that new line of products. Ultimately it's all about the music. I put the cds in the usual casing and catalogue them accordingly. Books are nice for one glance, but mostly like Steve V remarked gather dust. I rather have new cds with the best sound than old cds in new combos.
