Eightysix percent of over 500 voters doesn't think that we are in double trouble with the two previous FTD releases "Closing Night" and "Double Trouble". The new question is concerning all those "deluxe" releases from the (far) east... do we need them?

Of course we need them! Well I do anyways, i can't really speak for other collectors, but keep them coming FTD! I am just miffed at the fact that the soundtrack "Follow That Dream" is not in stereo, they must have found the stereo tapes by now? No? Anyways, i am happy with most of the FTD releases, and the 7' formated movie FTD's.

As far as the Far East, well that's a judgement call. I have several of the #1 Hits deluxe editions from the Far East and I find them really cool. Again, I can't speak for everyone, but I like some of them.

I wouldn't know one way or the other. EPE doesn't seem to be able to get the CD's to me.

As far as the Far East releases go I really can't judge as I have never had the opportunity to own any (does anyone know how to obtain them, and are they legal releases?). As for the official RCA/BMG DeLuxe releases, yes I like them and will buy if available instantly. The problem with RCA/BMG is they first make available a normal Jewel-Case release which I buy as soon as they come out, then after a while they release the same CD in a DeLuxe version, more attractive and tempting (#1's for instance) which I would not hesitate to purchase, even if a quid or so more expensive, were it not that I already own the same CD (jewel-case), so I do not get "caught in the trap". I feel this is pure exploitation and so for this reason I am voting NO!
