Paul Lichter has a great book called The Boy Who Dared to Rock. A while back he was selling a Quadradisc vinyl edition of Aloha From Hawaii on ebay for one thousand bucks. I recently bought a mint quad copy with the inner sleeve for eight euro.

Typography (I thinkk, supposed to be based upon the film) isn't up to very much but the picture of Elvis and Ann Margret is fabulous!
