In lieu of flowers, the family of Sam Phillips has requested that anyone who wishes to memorialize him make a donation to the Sam Phillips Scholarship Fund at the University of Memphis. Specific donation information was not included in the family's press release and many fans have come to EPE for that information. Here it is:
