This is a good idea, much as I love the FTD book/CD sets, I simply could not afford to buy this one. I am sure others are in the same position or do not buy books.

I see reason for it's re-release but disappointing all the same as there's no new material on 5". I was hoping it would've been coupled with an unreleased show. Like they did with "High Sierra" & "Show time!" last year. This is the only FTD show I haven't got. Those of you who have the book/CD set please answer this, am I missing much?

Dazman, I reviewed the book and CD for the Elvis News Network back in 2007. The article is still on their website, if you'd like to read it. The show is one that collectors would enjoy. Elvis mentions Led Zepplin by name. The bonus song, You Can Have Her, is nowhere else to be found...as far as I know. The downside to this CD is that the tape speed is too slow, and the sound is muddy at best. The two songs borrowed from the show in San Bernardino sound much better. I wish that the entire San Bernardino show had been released on CD. Do I recommend it? Sure...it's a good one for collector's. If you're wanting virtually the same show but in much better sound, stay with the Live On Stage In Memphis CD. I hope this helps. Regards, Armond Joseph (Lefty)

This is not a bad show, although the sound is a bit muffled and has moments of mic overload. However, there is a bit of history in that this was the show where Robert Plant and the rest of Led Zepplin met Elvis before the show. He even gives them and James Darren (Gidget, T.J. Hooker, "Good-Bye Cruel World") a shout-out from the stage. As for the show, it's enjoyable but not amazing. As for the bonus song, don't have your hopes set too high.
