Last Train To Memphis German Audiobook Released

The German audio book edition of Peter Guralnick Biography "Last Train To Memphis" has been released by Bear Family records. This 12 picture disc CD set, with 12 individual covers, was originally due for release May 7, 2007. The book is told by Bela B. Felsenheimer, drummer of the German band "Die Ärzte" and comes with a 52 pages booklet. He will also read volume 2 which is due for release August 16, 2007.

Yeah, "Die Ärzte" is a punkband from Germany. They are very succesful, but I think to call it "punk" is not right anymore. It's more pop/rock imo. But they did some good songs. Nowadays I don't like them that much...

I can`t imagine that you can put all the emotion of this fantastic book in words....especially not in German language - unexpressive as it is. Besides my advice to the authors: Careless Love I wouldn`t even bother with; it is not worth it, since the words from that book don`t have to reach no ear. They ain`t worth it. Compilation of rumors, bad talk and negative moods....mostly taken from reports of some dissapointed loosers and dropped characters.
