A lot of Elvis News regulars are going to say that this is yet another Public Domain Rip Off, and perhaps it is. The fact is this material is outside of the European 50 year threshold, and this short-sighted error is down to the music industry, not Elvis, The Colonel or the Elvis Estate, or the RCA Record label, because in the US the cut off is 95 years. That said, when the likes of Buring Fire and similar companies stop releasing this material, then is the time to worry, because they will only do so once interest in Elvis in on the slide. Elvis on the cheap for us, "yes", Elvis free for them "yes", but newspaper CD give-aways stimulates back catalogue, so don't knock it.
