I can understand they offer extras for money, but charging for a service that was free, is stupid in my book. I bet they will loose a lot of users, so less attention and visitors for the site, shop, etc. I hope they will wake up in time.

Tried to complain through the form on the EPE-site, but the message bounced since their mailbox was full :-(. Guess a lot of other people complained too... Great service they deliver!!

Well, I have to say, that I will not be paying for this either. I have enough time making ends meet. They say O n l y $2.00 a month, but thats alot when you only make $15.00 and hour and our dear UNCLE SAM takes about 20% of that for taxes. Thanks, but NO Thanks!

For years I have said that EPE are not in the Elvis business just to make money....I was wrong. Yet another money making scheme to get money from the fans. It is disgusting that EPE should offer this when they know that there are many FREE email services on the net but to have ELVIS in your email address you have to pay for it, Elvis Himselvis would not be pleased about treating the fans this way. Please let no-one suggest that thinking about Elvis is free or EPE will charge us for that too! I will not be signing for this email service, I will live with the four email addresses I already have on other servers.

I won't be paying at all, I have various other email accounts which I use more often, like Freeserve and even Hotmail. I only have an Elvis account for the sheer sake of having one. Paying out money for it now? I think not somehow! What a rip off. They'll do anything for money in the name of Elvis!

I can't believe so many people are worried about $2 per month? Most decent email services are now fee based - if you want a ton of spam a day Hotmail, Yahoo etc is fine if you don't then generally you have to pay. Operating an email service costs money - you really think EPE should give money away? EPE have made some strange decisions over the years - this isn't one of them....

I hope no one, and I mean No One pays for that service, I'm sure I will not. Why should they charge you when yahoo gives you all that and 100 mb storage for free and hotmail will soon do the same with 250 mb? Too bad people will not see myname@elvis.com again, they (EPE) are the ones who because of their greed will lose publicity. JHL
