isnt it about time Crown Jewels should receive some sort of reward for being the longest running #1 in the import top 40?! I'm ready, when you are...

ACJ in my opinion, is still the best 'import' ever. Its the one I play the most for listening pleasure. While completists may want every take, false start & curse Elvis ever muttered in the studio, I just want to hear complete alternate takes on good songs. For that reason, I dont think ACJ will ever be beat.

yes 1996 and 1999 was a good year, it went downhill after that..

Also here I see no votes... How much I like the American Way series, I too think ACJ is better for listening plesure, as is Finding The Way... that's the value of lists like this, it shows the average taste and the real diamonds are bubling up automatically...

so why is the American Crown Jewels always on top ( and Finding the way back Home and From Sunset..) To put it shortly most of these polls are rusted and find the same results or are dominated by the same folks, bu yes indeed Lex I've voted but my efforts weren't wortwile to blow a fresh wind into the rusty toplists of albums..

So why are two of them in the Top 40?
