RCA-SONY- Cheapens the Elvis catalog with so many "Greatest Hits" packages. Just put out "Definative Sets" like "30 Number ones", "Second to None" "Ultimate Gospel". What is needed is a good "ROCK COLLECTION" featuring Elvis in the 50s-60s and 70s.. From "Hound dog to Jailhouse Rock" to "Promised Land, T-R-O-U-B-L-E.. and more !!!

Im sure its nice but when you have all the songs Elvis ever did ( i do ) its hard to find anything new to buy, would be nice for anyone just starteing out.

Its no worse than some of the others we buy but at least it looks nice I will probably buy it the king has to sell the most. and the person that said we need a good rock collection we got that from time life and also the 3 box sets with all masters from each era, its not a critique of your comment I agree I get tired of seeing the same 10 songs in a different order so if I missed something let me know. I love the new material boot legs ftds but I am also a collector and a sucker sometimes for anything with elvis on it.

I'd hardly call E1 definitive. Didn't even have all the correct masters. Not too mention other sonic mistakes. E2? Tracklist was too broad. A little of this, and a little of that. Compilers couldn't decide what they wanted the album be. So, it turned into a mish-mash.
