The two new FTD releases will be shipped this week. This year's May releases - two sets for a total of 3 discs with 3 live concerts - are High Sierra (May 21, 1974 at the Sahara Tahoe Hotel with additional highlights from other shows that month and released in a 5” digipack format with an 8-page booklet) and Showtime! This Birmingham/ Dallas ’76 2 CD set shows Elvis in great shape at 2 excellent shows and comes packaged as a 5” digipack with 8-page booklet. The Birmingham Show is from the Jefferson County Coliseum and Dallas from the Memorial Auditorium.

Yep, in my opinion threre'll be a lot of live performances released for simple reason - idea of Classic Album series is gonna end some day - this well ain't bottomless. And most concerts weren't released, at least oficially. I've no bigger interest in live recordings, although when I finish collecting chocen Classic Albums releases, I'll think about buying some good shows.
