Anyone noticed on the new Return To Sender cd single sleeve there's a mention of "Elvis' '63 Colour Calendar". On my old US vinyl 45 picture sleeve the word is spelt "COLOR". Why's that then?

COLOR is how the word is normally spelt in the US. They spell several words slightly different to us.

Yeah I'm aware of that, it's just they are advertised as featuring " the original U.S. picture artwork". So being extremely pedantic, the word should be "color". Wonder when it was changed? Was it when the singles were re-released in '77 in the UK using picture sleeves?
