Windows of Hope is a fund-raising organization created in honor of the staff lost on September 11th at the Windows on the World restaurant in New York, which was on the top floor of one of the World Trade Center Towers. Windows of Hope will provide immediate emergency aid as well as future scholarships and funds for the families of the victims. Participating restaurants around the world will be donating 10% of their October 11, 2001 sales. Memphis-area restaurants participating in the program, including Elvis Presley's Memphis, are donating through the Memphis Restaurant Association.
