From Memphis the first full color edition of Bill Burke’s Elvis World came in. It has articles on Elvis in the media and television, Elvis’ performance at the Sikeston Armory 50 years ago, an extract from Yvonne Lime’s Diary on her weekend with Elvis and finally an interview with John Wilkinson from the Desert Sun.

Bill says in this issue that the Elvis Estate plans soon to announce another major auction of Elvis items, including jumpsuits and old cheques and letters.

It was a real surprise to see EW in color. It adds more to this already good magazine.
