WRN 1 Radio Memphis Show in Europe to Have Special Elvis Programming On Sunday, June 17. On July 1 it's all Elvis on Radio Memphis - a program of color songs. Interesting concept. This special programming is called Elvis- Color My World. He recorded around thirty songs with colors in the titles. Many of them will be played, plus an interview segment with Sam Phillips recalling the session at Sun when Elvis recorded Blue Moon.
The Radio Memphis program is about music and events that come from, are influenced by, or have made up a part of the great musical heritage from the Mississippi River town, Memphis, Tennessee. It is in its third year broadcasting on WRN Europe. It can be heard each Sunday afternoon at 1700 CET/1600 BST.
