Rose McGowan as Priscilla - I think that should read Rose McGowan as Ann-Margret. Antonia Bernath plays Priscilla.

Thats because it was actually Elvis's voice they used in this series. To be fair, a programme like this is on a no-win situation cause you are not gonna get anyone who is gonna portray Elvis convincingly.

I don't think it's impssible t play Elvis convincingly. What makes the role of Elvis more complicarted than roles of say Napoleon or Vito Corleone?
Sean Ryan wrote on May 01, 2006
Well firstly, Napoleon would be pretty easy to play cause there is no film footage or pictures that show what he looks like.just a little fellow with a hat on.Vito Coleone is not a real person.Elvis was, and to play him you have to get his voice, looks, walk, smile, chrisma, just right. No one has come close to do that.

It would be a nice try but there is only one King, Elvis was,is,and always will be the KING.

This must rank as the WORST Elvis TV movie ever. Jonathan Rhyls is terrible and totally hopeless as Elvis. Avoid this piece of crapsheet like plague. Use your hard earn money to order the new FTD Something For Everybody 2-CDs set 7" Booklet album.

Actually i saw it on sky movies, and its not too dismall, i do agree that there have been better ones, but its still quite entertaining LOL. jonathan i think has a prob with lip sinching, but he is not too bad i suppose. Rick peters does a smashing job in when Elvis met nixon, pretty close especially the humour part, allthough in that you can see that the house they used was not gracelands. but in elvis the early years it did look like they used gracelands for shots. and the lady whos name escapes me who played mrs Gladys presley, looked just like her in the coffin bit, rose mcgowan looked ok, but not very like ann margaret, i like her on the living tv series charmed as page matthews. vernon never seemed to age much, he was man from terminator film lol, allthough randy quaid was good as colonel parker, should have had a black hat eh LOL. make a good panto villian lol. on the whole i did not mind it , filled in a few hours .
