Elvis’ Graceland – The Way It Was

December 06, 2007 | Book
The Memphis Recording Service is hard at work on a new project entitled “Elvis’ Graceland – The Way It Was”.

This time it is a high quality, coffee table hardcover book showcasing images of Elvis’ beloved mansion, Graceland. The E.I.N. website is told that the book will contain hundreds of pages and many hundreds of rare and/or previously unpublished photographs all from original negatives and transparencies, including visuals of not only the mansion, but Elvis, Linda Thompson, Elvis’ cars, the Trophy Room, the bedroom and a lot more.

The release date for “Elvis’ Graceland - The Way It Was ” is yet to be finalized.

Oh my goodness! You don't think this will have the same photos as Elvi$ Unlimited's new 'Inside Gravyland' book, do you? After these two can we have a book about Elvis' shoes? That would be just as fascinating.

Harvey - we already did have a book about Elvis' shoes (sort of) called Elvis Fashion. I'm waiting for a book about Elvis' choice of hair dye & eyeliner.

This is fantastic news! If it's as well done as the prior MRS projects, we are in for a treat! I can't wait to get my hands on this release!
