Elvis At Beatles Auction

John Lennon memorabilia, including a leather collar the late Beatle wore during the 1960s, was auctioned by Christie's today for a total of at $555,760. The auction house called it the "most significant collection of Beatles' memorabilia to come on the market in over 10 years".

The Christie's auction in London also sold three items associated with other international stars. An early Elvis Presley US concert poster sold for $17,800.
