Congratulations to all Elvis fans and supporters who took the time to vote for the first national Dutch Elvis stamp. We won! Elvis Presley will have his own Official Dutch Stamp, as of June 6th. 2005. Other winners were Sesame Street and local dialects.

Great news! Well done everybody. I am curious about the end result: how are they going to portray Elvis? Oh well, I guess they will come up with two designs, and let us pick our favourite. Oh...and uh, by-the-way guys: it is june 6th, 2006 ! (6-6-6)
