The name Dolores Fuller may not a ring a bell at first hand, but she is responsible for the composition of 12 songs from 6 Elvis movies. The most famous are 'Rock-A-Hula-Baby', 'I Got Lucky' and 'Spinout'. Fuller started her career as an actrice in a few movies from the legendary and excentric Hollywood director Ed Wood. Dolores tried to play a part in the movie 'Blue Hawaii' but producer Hall Wallis thought she was better in composing some songs fro the movie. In her book, she tells story's from her life in Hollywood as an actrice, writer, dancer and talent scout.
