This CD was released January 2, 2008.

this is the worst release ever. none of the songs that even has elvis singing has to do with vegas evis for crying out loud. sure he sang mystery train and the rest in vegas except peace in the valley but the rest aint vegas versions and that is disapointing. they can do better than that

Can someone correct me if I'm wrong? At first glance this CD appears to be profiling Elvis in Las Vegas, but yet it would appear that NONE of the Elvis songs were actually recorded in Vegas and NONE of the songs are from the "Vegas Years" of 1969-76. Are they kidding? This is nothing but another "Tribute to Elvis" collection.

Pathetic! They're going backwards in quality releases. Come on now! Who could this CD possibly appeal to outside the Elvis fan base? I bought it only because I had a gift card to use.

any thing that keeps elvis in the press and charts and thats gets the orther fans ie not just elvis fans to buy this cd must be a good thing .....
