These compilations are far better in content and audio quality than the old Camden releases. We really shouldn't overlook the advantages of the unconverted being able to access some of Elvis's best work affordably and in decent quality. But the cover art on these budget offerings is usually awful - check out 'Elvis Hits the Charts' (or is it 'Elvis The Hits Charts'?) above. And I don't like the idea of anyone making it difficult for EPE and Sony/BMG to effect a cogent strategy to preserve Elvis's reputation as an elite artist.

Loophole not expected to be closed / ratified in courts until 2014, so can expect more of these compilations

How are Sony missing out by not releasing compilations such as this, which only exist because of the European copyright loophole which has now been closed? The "Elvis at The Movies" compilation, which was a mainstream release rather than FTD, was pretty good, although I doubt whether a second volume would have had much to offer and as for a third volume....!
