Comeback And Aloha 2CD Release?

Why not? We buy all the fodder BMG throws at us, don't we?! They make money out of anything with the word "Elvis" on it, so what the heck! In fact I'm surprised they haven't yet released pieces of the toilet Elvis was on when he died. I'm sure there are fanatics out there who wouldn't mind paying any price for a piece!!

I think this is one of the better ideas, if true, and would complement the new DVD releases. These are two classic albums and, if released in general outlets (UK : Woolworths, various supermarkets, etc) at a keen price, then I think the double album would sell, especially with Christmas coming up. It would make an excellent change from the Hits / Love Songs collections. It would be bought on impulse by the casual fan, who would probably not look at Elvis in a record store. Remember, the world in general, and the majority of casual fans, are completely oblivious of the FTD issues.

this release can't be meant serious, but april fools day is far away! but it's logical to release these concerts again, since elvis only performed more than 1100 concerts in 8 years

I believe if this ever happens this might be a CD/DVD combo simply combining the new single-disc DVD versions with existing BMG CD's and repackaging them in a slipcase. In fact such cross-format promotions are quite common for many other artists in the industry as they provide retailers with the chance to stack such titles in the CD and DVD sections thus doubling the exposure for an artist.

Pieces of the toilet...pleeeaassee...Don't ya think that's a little how should I say ummm...Far fetched. That's just beyond sensibility...this is about BMG not Elvis and the nature of his death.
