I wish I could share your optimism Brian ; it's a great news indeed but , now that Sony is spending its promo budget on a dead bambi , i doubt it will spend a quarter to promote this new cd from the KING . it's gonna be yet another missed opprtuniy & it is a crying shame !

SONY Music won't put much promo into budget or back catalog sales. But they will put a lot of promo and marketing for the Cirque soundtrack. That you can count on. This will be a monster release worldwide! SONY and EPE both know that this could be the last oppportunity for Elvis to top the Billboard charts ever again. Plus it's the first official remixed Elvis album to date released by RCA/SONY. That alone will sell the album base don curiosity. Besides, I want Elvis to at least tie up rapper Jay-Z for the most #1 albums in history. He's got 10 and Jay has 11 #1 albums on Billboard.

Hi everyone. I hope this question doesn't sound stupid, but: Is there any way us German fans can help to make the CD no. 1 in the USA?

Sony have already promised massive publicity for this release. Also in 2011 the 'Elvis Duets' Album featuring major recording stars should also be a No.1.
