Gospel music is generally considered a niche market, so this really comes as no big surprise. However, like all of Elvis' previous sacred albums -- originals and compilations alike -- I'm sure "Ultimate Gospel" will show strong and longtime sales over time. In the meantime, we should all get out and support it as best we can right now.

This is what we could expect and can expect for further relaeses. No single and no promotion means no chart life or a verry short one. For those who are against remixes, think twice. I liked the remixes and i say it again it gave new life to Elvis as a singer that can make the charts and by doing so make a lot of new fans or people that would otherwise never look at Elvis music.

How do we expect 'Elvis ultimate Gospel' to enter the chart, when BMG did absolutely nothing to promote it...It's ashame really , they could piggy back off all the success of 'the Passion'...
