Background Singer Died

B.J. Baker, a backup singer who worked on hits with Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Sam Cooke and Bobby Darin, died April 2 of complications from a stroke. She was 74. Among the records Baker sang on were: Presley's "I Can't Help Falling in Love With You;" Cooke's "You Send Me;" Sinatra's "That's Life" Darin's "Dream Lover;" and the Righteous Brothers' "You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling." Her Elvis connection included:
