Are You Premature Tonight?

January 29, 2005 | Music
The upcoming single "Are You Lonesome Tonight" is already available in the UK and The Netherlands. On eBay UK chronologically numbered copies are already for sale, these will never hit the shelves of the store they were originally send to. Hopefully this premature availability of this single won't hurt next week sales too much.

Why is it always bad news we're getting these days in relation to these singles? Look simply dont buy from Ebay, its easy you dont buy from Ebay then there is no market there for those reckateers! Anyone who buys these singles from the Ebay Highway men is a complete moron, so there!

Agreed Rob, i remember seeing Jailhouse Rock for £75. Dick Turpin wore a mask at least!! Have these people got the singles to send out once auction is over or do they wait until Monday to send them out?

i am still puzzled why afsai didnt get to 1. since a lot of people couldnt get there hands on them since they were sold out. maybe the chart people are making up who has to be 1. whew just listening to gonna get back somehow. this would have been a great number 1 back then when it was released on the long playing album. this is a early fuzz box guitar, way before the rolling stones, satisfaction. i believe elvis didnt like the fuzz. fuzz on slowly but surely

Thats a pity Eagle, Slowely is a great track . The 67 sessions with fuzz would have been great.

It would help If Sony BMG sorted out the re-pressing properly. Now we have tons of copies of the vinyl One Night in stores, some copies of a fool such as I on vinyl, but no CD's, no It's now or never left. Queueing outside HMV on a monday morning may get you a cd copy, If you're lucky, and It will probably get you a vinyl copy. Sony said there would be extra pressings available with the new releases, but these appear to be extremely limited, particularly in the case of the cd's which isn't logical as most people want the cd's. At what stage will we not have to queue to buy one cd and one vinyl, even If they are unnumbered? It would help If the record stores knew what Sony were doing on this.
