Wonder what prompted this resurgence...great show! (Yeah, changed my mind)

Apart from being a great album I suspect the current resurgence is due to two factors: 1. It has been re-launched at major record stores for $5 and 2. The publicity surrounding the recent 'Elvis In Concert' shows at Radio City Music Hall in New York and at the Mohegan Sun Arena, Ct.

One of the few times the afternoon performance was better than the evening show! It is one of my favorite Elvis concerts. Glad to see it's pushing the envelope.

I agree, this is better than the evening show...(and IT was great!) Why, oh why doesnt Sony/BMG ever seem to be " at the ready" to take advantage of these situations??? Wouldnt require much, maybe just a cardboard display at the store or something. Wal-mart has a large supply of these in stock so everytime I go there I spread the stack out to "look" like there is an even larger supply and promo....People always want something if they feel they're "missing out" on it!

Actually snowplow, not to nitpick, but he actually had 4 sellout shows there! : )

Unfortunately it has dropped out of the Chart again for week ending 26th March. However, 'Elvis Is Back' (Legacy Edition) has entered the Chart at No.199. I thought it would have done much better considering it has been in and around the Amazon Top 100 Albums mark for several weeks. Hopefully, it will improve next week.
