This is such a beautiful and infamous gospel song. Elvis' May 1958 Waco, Texas homerecording of this song is decent, but he should have recorded a proper version of this song instead for an official RCA studio album release. A professionally recorded proper studio version of this song would have been far superior than this 1958 homerecording and a professionally recorded proper studio version of this song would have also had far superior sound quality than this 1958 homerecording too.
