Elvis performed at the Kiel Auditorium, St. Louis, Missouri. Once again Elvis wore the gold suit. Elvis considered the suit clownish. Besides that, the Colonel had asked Elvis not to drop on his knees anymore because the gold was flaking off. So most of the rest of the tour Elvis wore black pants.
