We've managed to convert Guadalajara into a great version called Guadaladaladaladalajara. There is also a new song called "Fun In Aca aca aca aca pulco" with the third 'aca' taken from a clipped FTD CD which runs at the wrong speed. We made every effort to even present you great cover art. A nice promo shot is now yellow and we even altered the pattern of the rug in the background. You won't believe your eyes. So much fun for so much money. If you think the barrel is empty buy this CD and think different.
Sorry Boxcar, you forgot 1 "...... jara" in the new title ! LOL, but ... to each his own.
Rubbish. Well, as Benny Scott said, to each his/her own, but I can't help don't understand the ones who buy this kind of stuff. I think these releases damage the image and the artistry of Elvis, it's not only a matter of to buy them or not.
Jeoliverm : I second that !
Useless and nobody needs this CD. If you own the FTD Fun In Acapulco Session Box, you have everything you need.
I hear more and more outtakes of Elvis songs on the radio. Imperfect takes now taken as the 'real thing'. I just read that if you request Elvis on a streaming service they play one RPO track and outtakes and remixes from different sources after the other. The original music dies. And the last thing we need is an additional mess of senseless self-made takes. Shame on STAR. A once good label destroying Elvis' music.
Is this something I need ? No, never, not self spliced takes that never were intend to be. I call it a crap ...
