After all this time FTD comes up with their latest rip-off aka take the money and run? I think not. I'll get back on my very old, double features CD.

~ The following 4 unreleased versions look interesting . . . Kissin’ Cousins (Number 2) (Unedited Master) - Catchin’ On Fast (Unedited Master) - Anyone (Could Fall in Love with You) (Vocal Overdub Take 2 / Alternate Master) - Tender Feeling (Vocal Only, Take 1 / Master). ~ This release will finally wrap up the movie soundtrack FTDs.

Again: Where are the mono masters? Add them to a 2nd CD!

After my earlier review, I decided to go back to my CD library and dig up my "Double Features" CD that not only includes the soundtrack "Kissin' Cousins" but "Clambake" and "Stay Away Joe" which was released back in 1994 by BMG Music as programmed by Ernst & Roger from FTD fame. I have to say I was correct. "Kissin' Cousins" is absolute horrendous album; maybe 3 good songs out of the lot. Tells you something when Elvis recorded/overdubbed his vocals after the crappy instrumentals per song were layed down. Crap still. Can't believe how my taste has changed over the years.

I am looking forward to this release. Would be great to have -one time- all original albums in this 7inch format with unreleased stuff. And FTD can only release what they have. The only thing is: missing as a bonus the mono masters on CD2.
