Fair enough, these albums should be out there officially because of their historic value and importance and in top notch sound for newer/younger collectors but vinyl shops are screaming out for official Elvis on vinyl so why not release them in that format too?

Although not devised for long time fans like me, I find that my perspective has radically changed since I bought the 30cd masters series some years ago. This release lists nearly all 53 tracks on CD1 and CD2 of the masters series, and for me it loses some of its glamour, which would not have been the case before I bought the magnus opus
